The trick to making this a low carb dinner is to choose sauces that are low in sugar or keto friendly. To make the ribs tender, we prefer to boil them in chicken or beef broth. Normally, apple juice is used, but for a low-carb variation, just use broth.
Massage the entire batch of Keto Rib Rub into the ribs, covering the front, backs and edges. Lay on the baking sheet and bake for 4-5 hours. Smother with your favourite Low Carb Barbecue Sauce and either broil on low until the sauce has caramelized, or barbecue for five minutes.
Low Carb Rib Rub has garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chilli powder, sukrin gold, salt, pepper, cumin and cayenne.
For a great BBQ rib style, I prefer baked pork ribs. Baby back ribs are my favorite because they are a little leaner and have more meat than St. Louis Style. And because they are cooked low and slow, oven baked baby back ribs come out tender and juicy. They typically cost a little more, but my grocery store has them frequently on sale.
