Mix Ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 pounds of ground beef with 1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix, ¾ cup of breadcrumbs, ¾ cup of milk, 2 large eggs, and ⅓ cup of ketchup. Mix until just combined, then transfer into your loaf pan, smoothing the top of the mixture a bit.
