In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 pounds of ground beef with 1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix, ¾ cup of breadcrumbs, ¾ cup of milk, 2 large eggs, and ⅓ cup of ketchup. Mix until just combined, then transfer into your loaf pan, smoothing the top of the mixture a bit.

With a balsamic brown sugar glaze it's hands down the best meatloaf ever. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine beef, onion, parsley, Italian breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Use your hands to mix until combined being careful not to overmix.
Cook the meatloaf uncovered at 350 degrees. This allows a nice crust to form on the top. If the loaf starts to get too brown, you can always cover it lightly with a sheet of aluminum foil. Meatloaf takes about 1 hour to cook. Start testing for doneness using a meat thermometer at 50 minutes, since all ovens are different.
