Cook falooda noodles as per instructions on the package or make at home. Wash and soak basil or chia seeds in 1/2 cup water and set aside. Into the serving glass first, add soaked basil seeds and rose syrup and top it up with Falooda noodles. Then add rabri, kulfi, rose syrup and pistachios.
