This easy Thai chicken salad with canned chicken is such a simple recipe. You should be able to find the ingredients at any market. And, it shouldn’t cost much either. The reason this is one of my favorite low-carb canned chicken recipes is that the ingredients are so affordable. Here’s what you’ll need before you make it.
Kirkland canned chicken is cooked breast packed in water. It has a similar consistency to canned tuna but a much milder taste. The ingredient list is short, just chicken breast, water, and seasoning. As for nutrition, it’s 98 percent fat-free and a great source of protein. Two ounces provide 13 grams of protein.
