I really like Kevin Beltons cookbook on New Orleans cooking. The ingredients are easily obtained and if you have the chance to pair it with his show on Create TV you will pick up great technique and tips. The only downfall was in both the books and the show he fails to give the ingredients for Creole seasoning.
The famous American Chef, Kevin Belton faces the same problem. You might have seen the chef cooking delicious food on television. He is a great chef. However, because of his work, he gained a lot of weight. I mean who does not feel tempted when surrounded by a lot of delicious food?
