With a serrated knife, make shallow cuts across the top of the dough. Brush the beaten egg on top of the bread dough, try to use it all. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the ¼ cup of shredded Asiago cheese on top.
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese use 1 cup if you REALLY love cheese like me! Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pat it out like you would pizza dough into parchment paper (not wax!) Sprinkle with some salt. Bake for approx. 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Brush over the dough, letting it drip down into the cuts you made. Stuff. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the cut areas (not all over) and push inside the cuts. Bake. Place in the oven until the keto friendly cheese bread is golden and cooked through.
