3. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to a large frying pan on a medium heat. Using 2 soup spoons, spoon the salmon and vegetable mixture into the pan, shape them as tidily as possible using a fish slice as they cook.
4. Turn at least once and cook until they are golden brown and the vegetables are tender. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper and repeat until all the mixture is used. Serve them hot with a salad and tomato or chilli sauce.
