4. Remove sides of springform pan; place cheesecake on serving platter. Prepare Ganach Topping; pour over top of cheesecake, allowing it to drip down sides. Sprinkle mini peanut butter cups over top of cheesecake. Cover; refrigerate leftover cheesecake.
