Pressure cook it in the morning with a little salt over medium flame. Ensure that it remains grainy and not completely mushy. Slice the capsicums from top and scoop out the contents, wash inside out and pat them dry. Then, puree the tomatoes using a blender jar and keep them aside.
2. Now, heat a pan on medium flame and add cooked dalia in it along with tomato puree, peas, mixed dry fruits, salt and chilli powder. Mix once all the ingredients and allow the mixture to simmer till the moisture is absorbed. Once done, turn off the burner and let the mixture cool down.
3. Stuff the dalia mixture neatly into the capsicum halves and steam the capsicums for about 8-10 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the capsicums. Serve it with chapatis or like a snack.
