The recipe comes from my friend Amy (the blogger extraordinaire behind Constellation Inspiration—I mean, seriously, have you seen her Instagram account?!) and her cookbook, Blooms and Baking.
By adding the earl grey into the cookie dough instead of just on the sugar coating you get a great depth of flavor that will transport you to those relaxing afternoons where everything good was going on in the world.
