Press them down firmly and spray the top with more low calorie cooking spray

You should be able to fry 3 bhajis at a time. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and crisp, then repeat with the remaining batter. Carefully transfer the cooked bhajis to a sheet of kitchen paper to soak up the excess oil.
