Method: In a bowl, take the muthiya ingredients. Add a little water to make a dough. Make small balls from the dough. Deep fry the balls and keep it aside. ( I used a deep kadayi and used just about 1/4 cup oil and fried the muthiya on a medium flame). Grind the paste ingredients without adding too much water.
Heat the oil in a kadhai and slide a few Methi Muthia. Deep-fry a few fenugreek muthiyas on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Making undhiyu 1. Heat 4 to 5 tbsp sesame oil or peanut oil in a pressure cooker. Add ½ tsp ajwain or carom seeds & ½ tsp cumin seeds.
