3. Let the apple filling cool completely, or refrigerate for up to 5-7 days.
4. In a food processor, combine flour, salt, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Pulse slightly to mix. If you don't own a food processor, you can simply stir the mixture and then use a pastry cutter to combine ingredients later.
