Return the puree to the food processor and add yogurt, cream cheese, honey, lime zest and juice, cardamom and salt. Puree until very smooth. Scrape the filling into the cooled crust.
4. Freeze the pie until firm, about 12 hours. Once frozen, loosely cover with plastic wrap and freeze for up to 5 days.

4. Place 3/4 cup cold water in a large bowl. In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup sugar with the gelatin; sprinkle mixture evenly over the surface of the cold water. Let sit a few minutes to bloom.
