2. To help sticking, lay perforated air fryer baking paper inside base of air fryer. Lightly spray the paper. (if not using a liner, spray enough olive oil spray at the base of the air fryer basket to make sure fish does not stick)
3. Lay the fish on top of the paper. Add a few lemon wedges next to fish.Air Fry at 360°F for about 6-12 minutes, or until fish can be flaked with a fork. Timing will depend on how thickness of the filets, how cold the filets are, & individual preference. (optional) Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm with the toasted lemon wedges.

2. Dredge one of the fish fillets in the beaten egg until liberally coated. Then dredge in the crumb mixture until well coated in breading. Repeat this process with the remaining three fish fillets.
3. Lightly oil the basket of the air fryer. Arrange two of the breaded fish fillets in the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 10 minutes. Check the fish is piping hot and completely cooked through and the crumb is golden brown. If needed, cook for a few minutes more.
4. Add the remaining fillets to the base of the air fryer. Repeat the process, cooking through until golden. Serve the fish hot with your preferred Keto sides.
