Total Time: 2 hrs 30 minsCategory: Dinner, Lunch, Snack, Beef, RoastCalories: 434 per serving1. In a ziplock bag, add the London broil and all seasonings. No particular order required.
2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The longer the beef is in the marinade, the better. You really want the flavors to soak into the beef. The marinade helps to tenderize the beef as well.
3. Remove the London Broil from ziplock bag and place into your grill using the grill rack. I used the NINJA FOODI GRILL XL but any grill or oven would do the trick. Close the grill lid.
4. Turn Ninja Foodi Grill on and select "Broil" at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes to achieve a medium-well temperature.

Calories: 326 per servingTotal Time: 5 hrs 25 mins1. Add the beef to a large bowl. Add the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and the tomato sauce. Use your hands to rub the flavorings all over the beef. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 5 hours to marinade.
2. Add the remaining olive oil to the instant pot and set to sauté. Add the marinated beef. Sear the beef on both sides until well browned all over. This will take a couple of minutes each side. Cancel the sauté function.
3. Add the beef stock to the instant pot. You may use a chicken or vegetable stock if preferred. Place the lid securely on the instant pot and ensure it is set to sealing. Select high pressure and set the timer for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, do a quick release of the pressure. The beef should be medium rare, however cook longer if desired. Allow the beef to rest for 5 minutes, then thinly slice across the grain to serve.
