What to do with leftover pulled pork?

Chef John 's take on the classic Cuban sandwich is made with leftover pulled pork, deli ham, pickles, mustard, and mayonnaise. This quick, easy, and crowd-pleasing recipe is easy to make in less than half an hour. Leftover pulled pork tacos are topped with lettuce, tomatoes, Cheddar cheese, jarred salsa, and sour cream.

Is this pulled pork casserole paleo friendly?

The ingredients for this pulled pork casserole are really inexpensive. Cabbage, cauliflower and pork shoulder can get you a LONG way quickly. You'll also see that this is a low carb and gluten free recipe, which is cool. I would call it Paleo-Friendly too, if you omit the cheese and sour cream. As a replacement you could add more homemade mayo.

Can you make bbq pulled pork on keto?

We make this keto BBQ pulled pork in a slow cooker, but you can make it in a pressure cooker or Instant Pot too! It’s ridiculously easy to make and it’ll soon become a family favorite! Before going keto, a common breakfast for your Keto Queens was a bowl of oatmeal and a glass of juice. Or maybe a bagel with a glass of milk.

Can you use cauliflower mashers in pulled pork casserole?

I found that shredding the cabbage is the easiest way to use in this pulled pork casserole. Shredded cabbage helps the casserole keep its shape. I like my cauliflower mashers to have a little body to them, so I don’t blend them. Remember to dry the cauliflower as much as you can before adding the sour cream.
