What temperature do you cook pork tenderloin per pound?
You can also cook canned veggies on the stove top. Canned veggies are fine for keto as long as there is no added sugar and they are keto friendly to begin with. However they can be high in sodium. I'm not aware of any research showing that microwaves cause cancer but whatever floats your boat.
