Since I like a crisper cookie, I used baking powder instead of baking soda, used a tablespoon of vanilla extract & a teaspoon of pure lemon extract, plus a tablespoon of buttermilk. They taste like a shortbread chocolate chip cookie. Very yummie indeed. Been looking for a really good keto cookie recipe & this is definitely it.
