The best way to do this is by utilizing a checkerboard pattern of injections across your meat – on both the brisket point and/or the flat. Fill your injector with your injection fluid. Puncture the brisket with your injector’s needle between fibers. Be sure to puncture with your needle at a slight angle, not perpendicular to the meat.
