1. Chop the boneless, skinless chicken into one inch pieces. I think it looks prettier when you vary the shapes between rectangular chunks and triangles. It just gives it a more "restaurant" look.
2. Transfer chicken into a large bowl. Add the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Massage into the chicken.
3. Transfer the chicken (liquid and all) into an oiled and heated pan over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, for about five minutes.
4. Crank the heat up to high, stirring occasionally. Cook until sauce has reduced. This process can take between 10 and 15 minutes. When the sauce thickens up and starts sticking to the chicken, add sesame seeds. Stir.

1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken drumsticks. Mix together the marinade stirring until the brown sugar is dissolved. Pour over the chicken. Marinate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
2. To prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place onto a broiler pan or and oven safe grill pan spritzed with cooking spray. Discard the marinade. Bake for 20 minutes.
3. While the chicken bakes, simmer the glaze ingredients on the stovetop, until reduced by 1/2 and thickened to the consistency of syrup. Remove from the heat.
4. Reserve the sesame seeds for serving. After baking the chicken for 20 minutes, brush the chicken on all sides with the glaze and turn. Drain any excess liquid from the pan if needed. Continue to bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the juices run clear.
