    2. In a mixing bowl combine the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking powder, baking soda and sea salt and combine well with a whisk.
    3. In a separate bowl melt the butter and combine the erythiritol and to mix well. Slowly add in the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract and liquid stevia then mix together well.
    4. Slowly add in the dry mix into the wet mix and combine well. Pour onto the sheet pan and even it out and put in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
