2. Stir in the tomato paste and add in 2 tbsp of water if needed. Press the garlic, add in the dry basil and the crushed pepper. Mix it all together and turn the heat off. Stir in the arugula and olives.
3. Top with Parmesan cheese or add another type of cheese you like.
