Most mothers would appreciate a simple dish like keto breakfast tapas. Tapas provide a variety of options, so you can use ingredients she loves and that you already have on hand. I went with strawberries since they are a popular thing to dip when you are thinking about what to enjoy on Mother's Day. However, you could also dip most any other fruit (apples anyone?), or cookie, or just about anything. There is something about butter cookies that takes me back to my childhood.
