    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees D. Line a deep 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
    2. In a large bowl, combine the box of angel food cake and lemon pie filling. Whisk it until it's well incorporated. Mix well until it starts to foam slightly.
    3. Pour the batter in the baking pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. It's done when the edges have risen and have browned slightly and the center is set. I baked mine closer to 40 minutes, at 30 minutes it was not yet done.
    4. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack. This cake cuts cleaner when completely cooled. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream and strawberries or blueberries, if desired.

    3. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together. Add the warm chocolate mixture and stir to combine. Lastly add the yogurt mixture and stir again until combined. The batter may have a few lumps, but that is ok.

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch backing dish and set aside.
    2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, erythritol or sugar, baking soda, salt, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Add in the almond milk, vanilla extract, applesauce, and vinegar until the batter is uniform and no pockets of flour remain. Take care not to over stir. Scoop 1 cup of the batter into another bowl and set aside.
    3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake in the oven at 350°F for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before frosting.
    4. Meanwhile, add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder and 3-4 tablespoon almond milk (one tablespoon at a time, adjusting as needed) to the reserved 1 cup batter and stir until combined. Chill in the fridge until the cake is completely cool. Spread the frosting over the cooled cake and devour.
