I use 3/4 cup powder for the entire keto protein shake recipe, which is about 6 scoops (1 per serving). Full-fat Coconut Milk – Makes the low carb protein shake thick, rich, and creamy, without dairy. You can use other keto milk options, such as unsweetened almond milk or hemp milk, but the shake will be less thick.
