2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken broth and sour cream. Mix just enough to combine. The mixture will be wet.
3. Whisk the cornstarch into the cup of milk. Add the milk to the hot broth and stir constantly over medium heat until the mixture thickens. This takes about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and taste the broth. Add additional salt and pepper to taste, then transfer the dumplings back to the pot.
