Cook until peppers are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in cilantro. Top with cheese and place under the broiler 2-3 minutes or until browned.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat and cook until the beef is completely browned. Drain any excess grease. Place the taco seasoning in the skillet with the beef and stir to combine. Layer the taco meat in the bottom of a well-greased pie pan.
