And, it’s made with almond flour so it’s also a grain-free low carb treat. One of my favorite ways to serve the delicious pound cake is as a base for a sugar-free low-carb strawberry shortcake.
I used a half teaspoon stevia drops and one fourth teaspoon monk fruit drops rather than a third cup of low carb sweetener in the strawberry fluff dessert recipe. It is less sweet than if you use a erythritol blend.
