2. Combine the Panko bread crumbs, parmesan, parsley, olive oil, and salt in a small mixing bow. Stir until well combined and set aside.
3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and toss in a tablespoon of salt. When the water boils, add the beans and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
4. While the beans are cooking place some ice water in a large bow. When the beans are finished cooking, drain them in a colander and then dump then in the ice water to stop them from cooking. Set them aside.
