1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Cook spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.
2. Whilst pasta is cooking, heat oil in frying pan and saute onion and garlic until soft. If using chilli, saute together with onion and garlic.
3. Add cherry tomatoes and saute for a further 3 minutes until soft.
4. Add carnation milk and bring to the boil. Add cooked pasta, zucchini, prawns and shallot. Simmer until prawns are warm.
