Add in the chocolate chips but keep half to the side as well for topping. Same with granola if you choose to use it!
3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold together. Do not over mix! Pour mix into greased bread loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes. Option to pull bread out at 30 minutes to place extra toppings on top and return to oven and bake the remaining time.
