This low carb steak recipe requires just 9-ingredients. In a large skillet on medium-high heat add olive oil and beef bites. Brown beef slightly all around, but don't fully cook through. Season with salt and pepper. Add green pepper, red pepper, onion. Saute for 4-5 minutes. Pour in beef broth.
This easy keto pepper steak is perfect for meal prep or a budget-friendly low-carb family meal. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove. Add the steak to the skillet with the oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute the steak until browned and cooked to your liking.

Cover, turn heat down to medium-low and simmer 10-12 minutes, or until peppers are tender. In a small bowl whisk together arrowroot powder, water and coconut aminos. Slowly stir in aminos mixture in with peppers and steak. Continue to stir until sauce thickens. Remove from heat. Top onto cauliflower rice or eat by itself.
