How to make Keto Chili Recipe: In a large stock pot, brown your ground beef or ground turkey. Add in the 1/2 onion and the red bell pepper and continue cooking until they are soft. My low carb chili recipe is a delicious keto chili that cuts the carbs down to around 6 net carbs per serving. Those carbs are coming from the tomatoes, onions, and peppers, but I don’t recommend leaving them out as they add a lot of flavor to the chili.
