2. Take a deep bowl, add gram flour (besan) along with red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, chaat masala powder, salt and cornflour. Mix all the ingredients well using a spatula and add 4-5 drops of water to blend everything together.
3. Once, the marination is ready, add okra to it and mix all the ingredient together. Set it aside. In case you want extra crunchiness, add a small portion (2 teaspoon) of roasted semolina (sooji) to it.
4. Now, take a deep wok and heat refined oil. Once the oil reaches its smoking oil, slow down the flame and add marinated okra to it. Deep fry till the pieces turn golden. Once done, place the fried okra on a tissue paper to absorb extra oil.
