1. Take the bitter gourd, remove the skin, and slit it from the middle as shown.
2. Take a pan and heat it. Add oil, sesame seeds, gram flour, peanut powder, grated coconut, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin powder, salt, and chopped coriander. Mix everything and let cook for some time.
3. Stuff all the bitter gourd with this mixture. Then heat oil in a pan and put the stuffed bitter gourd in it. Cover the pan with a lid and cook them for 10 minutes. Flip all the bitter gourds and again cook them for 10 minutes by covering them with a lid.
4. Now add the remaining mixture and curd in the pan. Mix it well and cook it for a minute.
