2. In a mixing bowl thoroughly mix all of the dry ingredients except the yeast and sugar. (gluten, almond flour, salt & baking powder.)
3. Add the water/yeast mixture and oil to the dry ingredients and mix into a dough.
4. Knead for about 1 to 2 minutes making sure that all of the ingredients are evenly combined. Note: if you knead the dough for too long it will get rubbery and you need to stop.

4. Bake until the top is toasty golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean, about 35 to 40 minutes. Place the pan on a cooling rack and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer from the pan to the rack (use the parchment overhang) and let cool completely. Slice and serve.
