2. Pan fry the patties over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the patties to a plate and set aside.
3. Next, make the gravy. Leave the leftover beef drippings/fat in the pan. Turn the heat down to medium and add the butter, minced onions, and saute for 2-3 minutes until onions start to brown.
4. Pour in the can of beef broth and add in the Worcestershire sauce. Pour in cornstarch slurry, mix and bring to a boil. The gravy is ready! Set aside.
