For the waffles, sift the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, maple syrup, oil and egg yolks together and stir this into the flour base (a few lumps are OK).
I have made them several times and they’re the only keto friendly waffle (still only 4 net carbs per waffle, even with the banana) I have found that actually tastes like a waffle. The first time they were perfect. However I have had an issue in the last couple batches with the waffle being not fully cooked inside- any thoughts on how to fix this?
